Videos show the car made contact with him. Not acknowledging that makes it tough to have a reasonable discussion about the situation. The other officer was contacted by the car too.

Horrible situation, and it was entirely avoidable. I think it’s fair to say everyone involved made mistakes. But acting like the woman did nothing wrong does not lead to a fair conversation about it.

As usual I have to come in with what is "fair" !

Making an intentional use of a SUV to strike Law Enforcement isn't a "mistake", it IS ATTEMPTED VEHICULAR HOMICIDE !

The woman did nothing to deserve being killed. The officer placed himself in a dangerous position and started drawing his gun while she was in reverse. He could have easily gotten out of the way but decided to shoot instead. Whether there was contact with the car or not, it was a homicide. Calling her a finng bitxh after he snuffed her out is certainly a good look!
If you believe it is a justifiable shooting, then if ICE agents are driving their vehicles at protesters, then protesters can shoot them as well. Stand your ground and fire

Persons like YOU, are the reason this silly woman placed herself where she wasn't needed and caused THE ENTIRE INCIDENT.

Yes, I would support someone shooting an officer if the officer was driving at them. But I wouldn’t advise it, because that someone would also end up dead.

I said I think everyone made mistakes. You seem to be putting 100% of it on the officer. I don’t see it the same way.

It would be great if leaders would tell people that harassing and antagonizing officers is a bad idea. They have a very difficult job, and harassing them will sometimes lead to a bad outcome. But people live in a fantasy world where there is no consequences to being an *******. It’s not reality.

I was never a CFO, but the fiscal side of Minnesota is where I am concerned. The media is all over the bone of this shooting and some people are falling for it. Like Rill said, there will be problems if people keep messing with law enforcement. The problems are what the sponsors of this harassment want.

Those persons that instructed this silly woman to insert herself for NO reason, but to assuage her deep seated feelings of inferiority are IMO are THE ones guilty here !

Over 1,000 arrests since "the Federal Surge" about 2 weeks ago was announced, prior to surge in Minny ?

Those same people are now professional LEOs who declare that this woman was murdered in cold blood as she attempted to maim and murder a federal officer. Never mind, to be killed it took a sequence of stupid decisions on her part. To her credit, she made the wrong choice each and every time but the deranged one blames the officer for defending himself. Good thing the icy road caused tire slip saving his life. That woman can rot in hell.

I don't approve of some stupid, silly, easily led person, who had placed her in harm's way should be faced with eternal damnation!

The angle of the first shot. Where exactly was the officer relative to the vehicle? Physical evidence can provide additional information.

Which bullet killed her? If it was the first bullet, then he may have a defense. If it was the second and third bullets, it was a homicide.

Again why withhold physical evidence? Shouldn't everyone want to know the truth?

I actually know several law enforcement officers and they all said the same thing that the shooting wasn't justified. Didn’t follow protocol and needlessly escalated the situation.

Regarding healthcare, I said that undocumented workers do not cost the government very much money. I also said there is not much waste in government spending. Still waiting for those trillions in waste that DOGE was going to find. Talking about a bad take.

I WAS A Law Enforcement Officer/Trooper and you KNOW me, not some supposed person.

Trump said the Federal government won't release the physical evidence to Minnesota because the government is corrupt and stole Minnesota from him in all three elections. You can’t make this stuff up.

Seriously, if there is no question that the ICE officer acted properly, why not give access to the physical evidence? What is there to hide?

My # 1 Son was gravely ill, we finally estimated we were able thru our efforts to have approx. 3,000,000 people praying for him daily, mainly thru the Baptists in the South !

A Dr said in his 30 years of Medicine he had seen 3 miracles, Mad Dog was one of them.

Present;

Now he is in Chemotherapy, Radiology for a cancer. Probably 9/11 related for being in Lower Manhattan, that day ! (There are 90 cancers attributed from there,)

So we are asking for a Prayer !

We aren't Baptists, but are thankful for anyone's help !

Why? He is not a legal expert or a police officer. I could post dozens of videos from former police officers and attorneys that would say that the shooting was a homicide and completely unjustified.
