Read the bolded. The author you used decided that a bunch of gobbledygook would help people not actually read the most important sentence. Federal immigration law, what Congress passed, makes illegal entry (with illegal as the important word) a crime. As my legal source that is 100% correct about immigration entry into the US, 1st offense is a misdemeanor (that means it’s a crime). Repeat offenses are felonies. Whoever you have read and listened to has empowered you to be wrong about the actual law.
On Day 1 of the AutoPen Administration they wiped out Trump EO’s and went further with a wide open border. No matter how many EO’s a Presidential Administration makes to invite mass migration of murderers, rapists, drug dealers, pimps and terrorists the immigration laws passed by Congress remain in effect. Someone lawfully entering our country must come through a US Port of Entry, whether that is on a border or on the US interior at international airports. Anything else/Anywhere else is a criminal act. That is the law.
This is the message that needs to be sent to all Republican Party officials…elected and unelected. How bad has the RNC messaging been since Lara Trump resigned as co-chair?
There is no internal polling data that shows Republicans are losing their desire for removing illegals. It’s a lie and simply a fake polling message paid by the extremely wealthy of the Republican donor class. Leftist billionaires are leaving California because of policies and ones they think will get passed like “unrealized capital gains” taxes. Where are all the Republican fat cats going to move when the leftist Dems gain control once and for all of the 3 branches of government, as well as the unconstitutional 4th branch, and pass this nonsense?

Two California liberals moving to TX told me last week they are not building on the lot they purchased in my neighborhood. They will now sell the lot and close on a current home in my neighborhood in 30 days. The entire goal is to be here 51% of the time this year to avoid paying another year of taxes in California. These taxes are the result of the policies passed by the people they voted for.
