popular culture is ahead of the electorate on social issues. something that definitely helped trump

corporate media itself doesn't care either way. all about marketing to younger consumers

leaning? They are full blown left wing propaganda just like most other media outlets. Their dislike for Tim Tebow, glorification of Michael Sam, Bruce Jenner etc... is enough to make me vomit. I loathe ESPN

The Bruce Jenner thing I can possibly understand, but how are they glorifying Michael Sams? And more importantly how did they 'dislike' Tim Tebow. They gave him am job and he would probably still be working there if he hadn't decided to become a failed professional baseball sideshow. ESPN became terrible because of spending more time on the Stephen A Smiths of the world and less time on David Aldridge. They went from having intelligent professional commentators to annoying opiniated personalities. It has little or nothing to do with politics.

ESPN sucks because it stopped aiming at diehard sports fans and tried to broaden their viewership, turning SportsCenter into Entertainment Tonight and ruining its product.

It's hilarious seeing women like Sarah Spain trying to tell me about sports or some bimbo trying to give me gambling tips or just having anchors reading Tweets. It's a joke. Get out of here with that ish.

Tebow still works there as far as I know. He can do the failed baseball thing and still do SEC Network in the fall probably...unless he somehow succeeds, which I doubt.

ESPN has sucked dong for several years now.

SportsCenter is unwatchable.

Bruce Jenner getting some BS award for wanting to mutilate his genitals? Ridiculous.

Constant NFL nonsense year round? Shove it up your collective bottoms.

I maintain the celebration of Caitlyn Jenner led to the election of Donald Trump. Something so ridiculous to most people being celebrated and rewarded made people think the country had just turned too far away from traditional values and made them more likely to vote for something extreme.

I gave up on ESPN a long time ago. About the time they diluted their brand with the magazine.

I hear you.

I only use ESPN for live games that I want to watch. No sportscenter or other repetitive shows. I do like SEC Now and occasionally Sportsnation (Good stuff).

Amateurs.

I stopped watching ESPN when Tony Reali stole Max Kellerman's job. So, what? 2002?

Sarah Spain is almost as unwatchable as Jamele Hill or whatever its name is.

you make a good point, I also think they fell all over themselves to defend Colin Kapernicks disrespect of the national anthem. Again too much concern over being PC I think.
Remember Rush's infamous sitting in for the Pat Sajak talk show?

This awkward as hell. Look for the B52s Fred Schneider
