i know i am not changing your mind. not even going to try. and no, i haven't seen any. so there, we disagree.
I've seen lots of Muslims standing up to these radicals and attempting to distance themselves from them. How are you missing this?
Do you realize how many tens of millions of Muslims are living peaceably in the Western Hemisphere at this very moment? Do you really think they are all out to get you and destroy your way of life?
False. There have been a few.I've seen lots of Muslims standing up to these radicals and attempting to distance themselves from them. How are you missing this?
And you have had your head in the sand.False. There have been a few.
Says the left liberal lockstepping Ostrich. And you have had your head in the sand.
Thanks for keeping the conversation civil.Says the left liberal lockstepping Ostrich.
If these guys spent half as much time defending the USA as they do islam, they'd be super patriots.Says the left liberal lockstepping Ostrich.
You mean white Christians? If these guys spent half as much time defending the USA as they do islam, they'd be super patriots.
That was civil. What a thinned skinned pansy you are. That was not civil. Thanks for keeping the conversation civil.
Racist too, boy you need help. You mean white Christians?
Ah, the race card. Took you long enough. You mean white Christians?
You mean white Christians? And, again, I challenge you to find one syllable of any of my posts "defending Islam." What I have been arguing about is the lynch-mob mentality that leads a large segment of our country to assign blame to another segment of our population -- white, black, Christian, Muslim, doesn't matter - based on no evidence but simply because it fits their worldview. And the specific example I was discussing was the lie perpetrated by a cadre of zealots in Idaho that a girl had been raped at knifepoint and killed by 3 Syrian refugees, when nothing of the sort happened. I care about this from the standpoint of justice and the rule of law, not politics.
Really? What does it say?Ah, the race card. Took you long enough.
If you think only white Christians love this country or are patriotic, that says a lot about you.
It says you're a racist ****.Really? What does it say?
You don't know what you are talking about. You've spent all day defending Islam. Can't blame you for trying to deny it though.
This is how you argue? How childish. It says you're a racist ****.
Of course you don't.You don't know what you are talking about.
i just get tired of your liberal bs. So....This is how you argue? How childish.
Has nothing to do with a being liberal or conservative -- nothing. It is about the kind of legal system we expect to have and deserve. Do you want the police, prosecutors, judges and juries to rush to judgment without any evidence? Or do you want indictments, verdicts or, even worse, lynchings based on fear? Even the Republican prosecutor in the Idaho case saw through this and publicly refused to have any part in it.i just get tired of your liberal bs. So....
Do you realize how many tens of millions of Muslims are living peaceably in the Western Hemisphere at this very moment? Do you really think they are all out to get you and destroy your way of life?
So where does this lead you? Do think it would be OK to treat someone who was innocent of rape or murder as if he had committed those crimes simply because you think they might break bad tomorrow? They're all considered "peaceful" until they freak out. Not even talking about the rapes (Sweden, UK, etc) or the mass killings they do in the name of Islam (London subway, Boston Marathon, 9/11, San Bernardino, Brussels, Paris, etc), just look at lunatics like at UC Merced, a Muslim, who murdered people because they kicked him out of a study group. Just look at MODERN DAY Muslims stoning women, rape victims and having honor killings as well as executing homosexuals.
Muslims believe in a very evil theology that goes against everything about western and they always play the "Oh, we're just peaceful little Muslims. That is until the numbers grow in their favor and then we see what the hell happens with that.
My recollection is that the police were simply following a fairly common policy of not giving air time to terrorists, not to suppress information about the killer's motives. Besides, the police reversed course quickly and played the entire call.If the killer in Orlando had claimed he did it for his skinhead brothers or the KKK there would have no issue with letting every word of the 911 call being played.

When something is denounced before it happens, you ought to worry. Not sure bout him, but I'm down here in Orlando and they were right on top of it.
After it happened.
Seems to be a pattern I see.
DOJ not the local police. Who reports to guess who? Yep. Obama will lecture everyone but the Muslim community. He makes sure their feelings are never in danger of being hurt or offended. My recollection is that the police were simply following a fairly common policy of not giving air time to terrorists, not to suppress information about the killer's motives. It really doesn't matter. Whatever Obama did his opponents would decry it. Like N and S poles on a magnet. If he'd played the entire transcript he would have been scorned for giving terrorists air time. A week or so ago, Obama disemboweled his critics over the "radical Islam" gag and so apparently (as is their want) they've doubled down. Meanwhile. thanks to the loony toons, Obama's favorability ratings are soaring. Barry's cool as a cucumber rationality has served the country well while Trump's attempts to get a "bounce" out a tragedy has been judged grotesque.
You can tell you have drank the kool aid. Good for you. Ignorance is bliss. Keep believing your own drivel. The only thing that exceeds Obama's incompetence is his ego.It really doesn't matter. Yet accurate. Hmmm...This is how you argue? How childish.
My daughter worked for Refugee Ministries in Louisville for several years. She helped a surprising number of the ethnicities "flooding" into Kentucky. And there's always going to be baggage. There always has been. It's called being human. People are trying to leave terrible times behind and are willing to endure bad but less terrible times here. Good for them.
Why is this news?
Nobody would've even thought anything about the transcript had they just released the damn thing.
Don't you think it's odd that the President of the United States won't say Islamic radicals? It's just a term. Think about it for a minute, it's silly.
They managed to turn a terrorist attack into a gun issue, you can't solve any problem unless you get to the root cause, and it ain't guns.
Well he's certainly not flexing any intellectual muscle, par for the course when it comes to his posts.Looks like Ed is flexing.

Sorry. That's a lame-to-the-point-of-comedy position. The president of the US isn't name-caller-in-chief. The world isn't a grade school playground.
