T Boone Pickens speaks on the Big...ugh whatever

From an old billionaire who probably knows more, has a lot more insight about how things workthan most other people.
*** on larry king the other night talking about the oil spill. King kept asking questions that only a senile liberal could ask and Picken's on at least two occasions and maybe more got a look on his face like he smelled a fart and replied with "are you serious?" He has alot of common sense and is old and rich enough that he can get away with expressing it.
looking out for the good of the country. He saw natural gas as a good investment, loaded up, and is now trying to push up the demand (and therefore the price) so he can make a killing. Not that he doesn't have some good points, and I do think there is some element of doing what's good for the country and the environment, but his main motivation is the money.
Not sure I buy that $$$ is his MAIN motivation. Hell, he is in his 80's and has tons of $$$. I think he has even said he has more money that he could possibly use. Now, don't get me wrong, I think he would make a bundle on natural gas, but I just don't think that is his main motivation.
Call me naive, but even at my age (60's) I still think some folks have more that $$$ that motivates them. Pretty sad world when all that matters is $$$$$$.</p>
