Just noticed the sign for Taco Del Mar in LaGalarie Shopping center on Russell St. What's the story? Open yet?

As of lunchtime yesterday, work crews were still working on it. I've eaten at one in Seattle a few times, and loved the fish tacos. I'm really excited about this one opening.
