Tailgate Food Recommendations

Looking to get our tailgate catered for the Southern game. With it being hot we're wanting to go finger foods or something light. Any recommendations?

Just do a deli sandwich tray

Add some potato salad and/or pasta salads and call it a day

Crackers, cheese, grapes, cold cuts, chicken salad... Can all be found at your local grocery and make good hot weather food if kept cold. Sorry that I didn't answer the catering question but I think it's best to keep it cold and simple for these early games.

Call the Chik-fil-a in the Union on Thursday. Google the number. Leave a message and tell them you want a large strip tray to be picked up at 3:00 on Saturday. Leave your number and they will call you back. Been doing this for about five years now. They are awesome. Don't tell anyone else.
