Hi Everyone,

I’m a big college football fan! For many years now, my 3 buddies and I (late 40s) have been traveling someplace new to take in a college football game. We’ve been to games at Alabama, Army-Navy, Arizona State, Auburn, Baylor, Boise State, Colorado, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Harvard, Iowa, Kansas State, Kentucky, LSU, Michigan, Michigan State, Ole Miss, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oregon, Oregon State, Penn State, Southern Cal, Stanford, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M, UCLA, Utah, Virginia Tech, Washington, Washington State, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

This year we are headed to the Oklahoma game in Columbia this Saturday and will be rooting for the Gamecocks to take down the Sooners!

Over time we’ve discovered how much fun it is to bond with the local fans and alumni when tailgating before the game. I’d love to talk some ball over beers – Sellers, Harbor, Stewart, Beamer, the state of the program, Clemson rivalry, Spurrier era, etc. I was wondering if anyone here is planning to tailgate for the Oklahoma game and would be willing to let us join you at your tailgate for a bit?

Definitely not looking to be a mooch. We’re happy to contribute beer/booze and food.

Go Cocks!

12:45 kickoff is going to put a damper on tailgating before the game. If it gets out of hand early, there may be some good options after halftime when the crowd leaves early to go back to the tailgate to socialize and watch the afternoon games.
