Shot of Fireball whiskey with a coors light.

This is just appetizers. Love some Fireball on a cool game day. Beef brisket slow roasted, Sister Shubert rolls, horseradish sauce from Honey Baked Hams. Best sliders you have ever had while standing in a parking lot full of people all dressed alike!

Brined and smoked pork rib chops.

Depending on what I thought the judges would go for, I'd either wrap them in bacon with a maple glaze or top with basil and bourbon fired peaches. This hippie with a bunch of vegan recipes can still make the carnivores happy.

Start with a couple or three pounds of beef stew meat in your crock pot. add lawry's garlic salt and black pepper and a half cup of water, Cook at low until stew meat is done and very tender - maybe four or five hours. Remove water and add a half botle of your favorite BBQ sauce. serve with dill pickles, yellow mustard and Hawaiian bread rolls. BBQ beef sliders never last long at our tailgate. Kettle chips are nice with these.

Not too long now until first campus game and tailgating starts

I did this tonight and it was awesome

I used 2 lbs of beef tenderloin instead and added onions and it came out great
