The good news is...this is changing. This incoming class is already ranked 26th with a chance to get as high as 15. Including what will end up being a top 5 QB in the nation.
Thanks - So it is fair to say Nebraska's talent level is down compared to our standard (1960's -2000's). In other words, we are now paying for some years of poor recruiting, transfers, etc. Gimmered insisted on Sunday that "We have more talent than all of them. The problem is game planning and management." I get there may be other factors in play, but no one can deny talent IS an issue, and we need to get that piece fixed to effectively contend for championships.

Had they assigned no rating for the walk-ons, the chart looks worse. Call it what you want, I couldn't care less, cold hard truths are tough to deal with.
The only cold hard truths:
You are in an internet fight with a guy who joined last week.
You and what looks to be the vast majority are taking for gospel what a 3rd year journalism graduate stuck into a spreadsheet.
I am more than willing to take an analysis conducted by a person qualified to rate and rank college football talent.
I would love for someone to edit the analyses and stick "0"'s in for the walk-ons.
Actually I simply asked the question, which of the teams we lost to have more talent than Nebraska. I still say none of them. Looking at that list there is no way that Iowa could have beaten Northwestern. Right? But they piss pounded them. Why? Game planning and management. Thanks - So it is fair to say Nebraska's talent level is down compared to our standard (1960's -2000's). I see you're just conceding the point. That's a good first step.@Gimmered stand on your tippy toes and look around, it'll help.
