That's not true at all about UCONN.

2023 title team had 4 guys drafted with 2 lottery picks.

2024 had 4 players drafted with 2 top 10 picks.

From what I could find 2023 only had 2 guys drafted and out of the 6 drafted only one was a OAD, Cal had 5 drafted and couldn't win one game in the tournament.

We're running a 1 shoulder point guard out there who will likely need labrum surgery after the season thanks to all the violent SEC thuggings, with out of position freshmen backing him up. The only guy we had who could create his own shot is on the bench after having wrist surgery.

Maybe, but losing 11 and being in a 3 way tie for 6th place in the SEC is not noteworthy. I am a UK fan and I am glad Cal left. The pressure on the players had become ridiculous. All 3 schools involved in the coaching changes seem to be happy.
