Talent-wise, what are we 3rd or 4th in SEC?

I would flip flop Vandy and UF and move UGA up. OM I don't know if ppl have overestimated their talent or coaching.

We have no offense, and we take bad shots early in the shot clock. Also, our players don't move on offense in the half court set. It's a miracle we have been within 10 points in every game we play.

We lack an inside presence, and that hurts us, but we're better than a 5-7 team talent-wise. I can tell you that. We're undercoached. I'd say we should be a 10-6 SEC team this year, and I think MSU should be an 11-5 or 12-4 SEC team this year.

UT without Tyler Smith drops significantly in the talent department. JP Prince is talented, but he's about as smart with the ball as Polynice. Maze can play. Chism is really good. Williams is average. Outside of that, UT has to play about 2 or 3 walk ons significant minutes. Florida does have some good talent. Walker, Parsons, Werner, and Macklin are all good players.

Glad Mississippi State doesn't have these problems or we would be in big trouble....

or even ahead of the pace - I also seem to recall when Stansbury had #1 or #2 talent (none of which are in the NBA by the way), he won the league or was a close second.<div>
</div><div>bashers have every right to be bummed about being #4 or 5 in the SEC - just direct your disdain in the right direction - recruiting, not x's and o's. x's and o's are average - not great, but average - hence our results track our talent - imagine that.</div><div>

The have a senior point guard playing well. They have a 6-11 guy in the post they can throw it to for offense. They have an athletic playmaker on the wing in Taylor. The have a good role player at the 4, and the starting two guard combines with the freshman to be a pretty good combo. Throw in a couple of bruisers off the bench to spell Ogilvy....at least third if not second.
