I do know that Comcast does not limit the number of devices or computers that one username and password can be used on.

So if you have a buddy, parent......that has comcast and you do not, you can use their info to get access.

I found this out by accident since my brother was traveling to the beach and wanted to watch the game on the way down but did not know his username and password. I gave him mine and he was able to watch it. At the same time I had it going on my iPad and iPhone at work (coworker was watching on my iphone).

So that would be an option to watch it even if comcast is not your cable provider.
