The tariffs are to President Trump as pickles are to a wagu cheeseburger, perhaps an enhancement, but entirely unnecessary.
Carney has agreed to open the North American Pandora's box, the USMCA trade agreement. What comes out of that baited triumph, is something entirely different.
Dissolution of the tri-lateral agreement is the goal, and Carney is walking straight into the trap.
