I've thought all along that we should pull for Texas, but should we? If texas wins, Ohio state is right on our back with a potential big 10 championship. If tcu wins, Ohio state will have to jump 2 teams. Tcu and Baylor will be a split big 12 championship if tcu and Baylor win out. Thoughts?

Had this discussion last night. I think they're going to compare all 4 teams final resume side-by-side and pick the best one. I don't think being #6 or #7 is going to matter all that much.
Agree. Teams with a championship game could have an impact on the final analysis. OSU's resume will look better than now if they win out. But ours should too if we beat OM. So it will be interesting to see how the committee sees it all in the final analysis.
If we win, we're in. But if you're looking for teams to root for to lose, just look at the rankings for the order you need to be rooting for. TCU is more likely to get in the playoff than OSU is. They only need 1 out of 4 teams to lose. OSU needs 2 out of 5 to lose.
