15 receptions in 2 years at Miami. Only 1 in 1 game at OSU on 9/6. I assume injured or chose to redshirt. Could be a good 1- years signing.

These are indeed confusing times we’re living.
Yeah. I used to say don’t take a guy on a 2nd transfer because you can’t trust him. But that’s pretty much everyone these days. I do have an issue with players “opting out” in September unless it’s a situation like Krimenhauk where it was clear he was #3 and not going to get much playing time anyway.

Probably low risk from our perspective to give the guy a chance to earn a spot and keep suiting up (I.e. please tell me we didn’t spend a lot of someone’s NIL contribution on him). At a minimum the CFB grind of players is such that you really have to want to play to keep pursuing it.

Agree. He’s got some experience at a pretty good team in a decent conference. He could be a guy who’s just ready to really be productive. Or not. You never know. But this seems to me to be the kind of player we need to be recruiting.

He transferred to Oregon State to be closer to home. Wonder why he didn't produce there ? Dies their offense just not feed the tight end ? Graded 94 from IMG. Played some at Miami. Hope he decides to give maximum effort here to try to get to the next level. Definitely a grown man
