Dang, UT just choked at the end. The shortest player for UT dribbled right into the teeth of the defense. STUPID decision at the end!
Just like Duke's win over UNLV, UNC's struggle over Tennessee proves that one game doesn't make a team. Despite this, we all know UNC is world's better than Tennessee, even though they didn't prove it in one game at home after a week's break. 
But they'll come to Cameron and give Duke the game of the century. That's college basketball in a nutshell.

I don't think Carolina is that great. I honestly don't believe they are top ten even with Berry. As for Tennessee they aren't a great team but they have been trending up as the season has went so much that some articles were written in Tennessee saying they had a chance and that this was a program building game for the Barnes era
UT controlled this game the whole time and to come up short really sucks!! Man I thought they were going to pull it off!
I don't know which aspect of Roy's coaching I enjoy more - never calling a timeout, or rotating all 10 players every 4-5 minutes.
My man. I was trying to show objectivity and patience...but.......

STEAT just boldly announced that unc will lose to Kentucky without Berry. LMAO , YOU GONNA LOSE WITH BERRY.
Berry makes that team what they are, just like any good Roy Williams team. If he doesn't have a point guard that can go, he doesn't have a great team.

That was 2 weeks ago and at the time they were playing like the best team in the country. Things change quickly. It's a long season that is just getting underway. I hope the heels have a horrible season and don't even get invited to the NIT but not counting on it. Gonna be some kind of season and I'm trying to figure out which 3 other teams are going to the final four besides Duke. OFC

Pg play is by far the most important position in college bball . you almost always need good pg play to have a great team. Duke is just that loaded this year to make up for it.
Starts out saying long time reader first time poster and at the end of his first comment ask has Roy called a timeout. Second poast ask how can Duke win with multiple injuries and Carolina has only one. Third poast he says no way they can beat Duke or Villanova. He says Britt looks like a lesbian in the last poast.

Agree but you need a pg or combo guard to lead the team when the going gets tough. So many PGS have willed their teams to wins in the tournament. It bothers me that teams can press duke and we don't exploit it. I'm now reminiscing of Jason Williams vs USC in the tournament just carving up their press by himself leading to layups and dunks.
