A very winnable regional. I'd like to avoid Virginia, USC, Ohio State, Baylor and Stanford. Don't think we could get out of any of those five.
UNC, Georgia Tech, Texas, Duke, Texas A&M all seem reasonable geographic locales for us, but unlike baseball, there is no rule that we couldn't end up at another SEC school, although unlikely. Minnesota or Illinois may steal a host just to give that part of the country a regional.
UCLA, Pepperdine and Cal are all hosts that we could win, but don't make geographic sense.
We're #20. Straight seedline we would be at Pepperdine, with UCLA and Texas as drops.
