Brother, everyone here knows exactly which one I’m referring to. You obviously do as well being it was the first thing you mentioned. If it had a top it wouldn’t look bad. What purpose is a tent frame serving?
Well maybe it’s easy for some looking for where these folks are to find them. Good lord. How freaking petty is this entire thread? It’s a 10x10 tent shell over the back area of the rig. How is the shell of a tent an eyesore. Bet yall are fun at parties. Gotta find something to ***** about! It’s on the upper level. Not blocking anyone’s view. Did these guys do something to the folks bitching about A TENT SHELL? Seriously? We are kicking *** so far this season and got a few butt hurt asses complaint about a tent with no cover? You want to know what’s embarrassing. This entire thread

Somebody be a man and go take the **** down if it's that bothersome.

The sight of it is less bothersome to me than not knowing why the hell it's there. What are they using it for? Hanging laundry?
I’m not 100 percent sure but it makes good sense to me to have the shell up and if there is rain or extreme heat for or during a game, the tent can be put on a helluva lot quicker than taking the whole thing out and put up.

It amazes me what can upset people. Everyone out there BLEEDS MAROON AND WHITE and obviously spends a 💩 ton of time, energy, and money to have a rig in the left field and make it to so many games there to make the Lounge the greatest thing in college baseball. To say 💩 about ANYONE in the LFL on a message board is total 🐎💩 and the people that started this need to the ones ridiculed here. What kind of damn state fans do this to their own on a public message board? I’d be willing to bet that everyone on that rig are better people and more Bulldog than any of you petty bitching *** people on this thread.

Simmer down, pal. No one is questioning these folks morals. Just stating the fact that a tent with no top is as good as tits on a boar. Better to be called out here than on national television down the road. This is exactly what message boards are for, btw. Useless banter, griping, division within.

And no chance it’s easier to put the top on after the shell is up.

This is exactly what message boards are yes, it takes no time to put a top on a pop up tent when it is up 2 people and it takes less than 5 minutes. Done it at the beach more times than i can count. You have a whole rig full of folks and it may take 3 minutes

Seems like a pretty simple explanation. Putting up the frame could be difficult with all the other stuff in the box. On nice days when it's not too hot or when its cool you want the sun so you remove the top. When it's hot and you want shade or if it a rainy type day you want the roof on. Just like all those retractable stadium roofs.

that thing looks like it's been through some wind storms and probably has a leg duct taped together. So I'm guessing that's the problem with taking it up and down.

Somebody with the ad office needs to walk there this week and throw it away. They throw away plenty every Sunday morning in the junction.

The same amount of time it takes to have it already on and unfold it.

I looked at it in person Friday night. I would say he's using it as a superstructure to hold up some strings of lights, possibly for combo of festive looks and for just being able to see around in the box.

I don't think it's really in anyone's line of sight per se, as far as having to watch the ballgame through it.

Pus, it probably is easier to just remove the top since the legs are probably tied off to the railings to keep the whole thing from blowing away when the top is on it.
