that's the unknown that nobody knows right now about Russell- will he be able to exploit being pressured by good defenses? I don't think his arm is going to back anybody off, he will have to beat the blitz.

Right now he can't- he turns it over- and thats why he doesnt play. Will he get better? Sure he will.

We will be modifying the offense at some point to accomodate he and Farvuh- the only question is when?

I think it's way too early to anoint him or disparage the guy. He's had very little game time experience for reasons outside his control. We don't have the receivers, the offense now is more run oriented, and he only gets in games when we're behind and having to press. I think everyone should just put Russell in the 'wait and see category'.
