Planned Parenthood attacked. Looks like a bad situation.. It is terrorism when a nut with a radical agenda (often with religious influences) uses violence to harm and intimidate. Right?

Source for all of that information?

Haven't seen anything on his motivation as of yet...I'll wait for more information.

Some early reports are saying it started at a bank very close by, and he ducked into the Planned Parenthood completely due to location.

At first I thought he was talking about PP being the terrorists.

No, Christians can't be terrorists. Only if they are Catholic-Irish, then yes. So this isn't an act of terrorism. ;)

Re-reading this entire thread is hilarious. All the deflection and name calling from the people that were actually wrong.

Any doubts about motives now? He repeatedly interrupted the courtroom proceedings, jabbering "save the babies" "what about the babies". He was a typical anti-government nut job. You right wingers scare the hell out of me, especially the ones that "hate government".

His poor ole defense attorney, a public defender, also was appointed to defend James Holmes (Colorado theater shooter). What are the odds you get two in just a couple of years? I'd say those odds are going up nowadays.

These righties will deny and deflect at every turn. It is in their DNA. An honest assessment of anything is more rare than a unicorn.

What do you want to know? I am the civil engineer to ask.

Please don't tell me you're a civil engineer. You got design speed and posted speed backwards, telling us that posted speed limit is higher than the design speed. I think you're a tech posing as an engineer. If you're a civil engineer, you're the worst one I know of. [laughing]

Posted speeds are higher than design speeds all the time. The point of the discussion was that speeds are not determined by politicians. Im shocked you missed the point.

The posted speed limit is ALWAYS, I repeat ALWAYS, lower than the design speed. You're a fraud.

You are dumber than I thought you were. You just provided a link that proves my point. The posted speed limit is typically the 85th percentile of the design speed. Go back to picking up cones, you can't comprehend design of roadways.
Of course that is typical but you said that posted speed limits are ALWAYS lower than design speed and that article clearly says otherwise. I am sorry to burst your bubble. You should have known better than believe your hero riflearm. Roads are designed to standards and design speed defines those standards in the design manual but it is sometimes impossible to meet those standards because of terrain or cost or a variety of reasons so design exceptions are granted. The most road cone work I have ever performed was pulling a cone out of the wheel well of a handicap van at a wvu hoops game last year.
