Thew new young players have grown-up playing spread on offense and zone on defense. Most plays from shotgun, long passes are rare - as are OLs that can block. Production this years has been weaker. Lots of sloppy games.

Someone in the Carolina Panthers organization is going to get fired for drafting Bryce Young ahead of Stroud.

The choice of Stroud should have been obvious after he chewed up Georgia last year and he would have gotten more tds had one of their receivers ( Harrison ?) not been KOd early in the game.
