Pretty crazy, I guess they have got the $$$ , like a lot of Texas schools. Texas Tech is a major player now where under the old rules they were always at a huge disadvantage due to geographic isolation and a lack of talent. You could draw a three hour radius around Lubbock and there was no talent or people.
I've always had my eye on Texas State. They're one of those schools you could see stepping up into a bigger conference. Kind of like East Carolina. TSU has a very nice good looking football stadium and it looks like they could expand it easily if they ever decide to.
This is my argument for nil/rev sharing helping create parity.
lot of schools like Texas tech and Texas state with money. They will pull a little top talent bc of that money.
