Thank God SCOTUS has some semblance of fealty to the Constitution. The circuit court (liberal judges) did not. The Constitution and legislation give the President unique authority over immigration. The courts made new law because of their dislike for the President setting a very dangerous precedent in the process.
I suspect in the Fall, SCOTUS will grant the President authority over the two exceptions cited in this order.

It's all about riling up the uneducated base to resist. That's why you see Country on here today screaming that it's unconstitutional because it's what she has been indoctrinated with by liberal politicians and media. It's the same type of false rhetoric that angers a midwestern man so much that he thinks he is being a hero by shooting at Republican senators or on the flip side someone to bring a gun to a pizza joint because of PizzaGate.
