Here is anotherthing I like about this guy. He looks like a football coach. Good football coaches are polished and look professional. That is because you represent what you are. Urban, Les, and yes even Nutt look professional when they are on the sidelines. Croom and his crooked hat looked exactly like the product he put on the field, sloppy and unorganized.
