That is the TYPE of offense we should run.

They lose there starting QB and the next guy takes over. There just isn't much to it, but it is tricky and gets teh defense guessing.

I watched with my Dad and told him we should use our ESPN money to get GT's coach. If there is anything MSU can recruit it is RBs and QBs that can run. Most years we can get decent enough OL too.

as there ever was, when it's run properly. John Bond beat LSU four years in a row with it, or a variation of it. The key to it is to get out ahead and keep the lead. If you get behind early, and can't pass, it won't win games. Anyway, my point is that to go to that kind of an offense is just another throwback to the past. We don't need a gimmick offense, we just need a simple offense with an adequate coach who doesn't lose games for us.... we don't have either.

able to run it. However, we don't have the kind of players it takes to run the WCO. It's too complicated for this skill level. The option is simple.

many ,if not most schools, were running it at the time. Therefore defenses saw it all the time and were built to stop it. Now with the throwing and spread offenses, 1-A teams rarely see it and are not used to covering it.

That is the type of athlete we can get at state. We are not going to get the pocket passing, strong armed, 6-3+, read and react type QB.
