As Piscataway Mike has previously pointed out, the last game of the season for the past few years has meant the world in terms of whether we make the dance or go NIT.
I expect the same on Sunday Night vs NW and like prior years, I expect the game to go down to the wire and end in dramatic fashion.
I will also predict that the game will go OT because we haven't been tortured enough this year !

It matters in sense we are definitely out with L. A nail biter win, we may need 1 more. A 20 point blowout of NW probably locks up a lousy seed, maybe even play-in game. But yea, this loss is absolutely killer.
It isn't 100%. The style of win will matter. No one should be popping champagne as a "lock" if we win by a couple points. It would only be lock if Minnesota disaster hadn't happened, but alas, it did.
I knew this game would be tough. See my post in Score Predictions thread. This team is not capable of blowing out anyone and there are many warts. We'll make it dramatic and somehow find a way to beat NW albeit in heart attack OT Fashion....
Agree with this more than any post. The team needs a huge , loud crowd. Not one that is apprehensive and on edge. You can do that with a bunch of early strong defensive possessions. Regroup and get it done on Sunday.
