Trust me on this. It's Auburn or Arkansas unless Florida gets serious with him. I am sure he'll visit the campus some time this summer, but Frazier is not looking hard at MSU. His dad will be sure he treats everyone with respect and at least does some research, but in the end the kid is going to make the call.

Go back and read what Kiehl has said in his interviews and more importantly what he doesn't say. If the only time he mentions MSU is in the offer list or when an MSU site calls, he is not taking a serious look.

I've been at this for a while and I can tell with 100% confidence, MSU is not one of Kiehl's top schools. There's no need getting your hopes up on this one.

I am not trying to be a buzz kill, but I am going to give it to you as I see it. MSU will have some good QB prospects in camp this summer and they'll offer some others then.</div>

looks like he's going with the opposite approach from last year's strategy (which completely blew up in his face).

someone was tracking predictions and results, and swore they would post them after signing day. I don't recall ever seeing them though.

I realize you are half-way trying to be funny here.

But I think his assessment is more truth rather than being gunshy from the Newton deal.

There are a number of reasons why we will not land this guy.

1. He is being recruited by everybody. When have we signed a OOS recruit over any top program? Steve knows this.

2. He lives 10 miles for the UofArk. They will be kissing his *** and talking him up from Fayetteville to Lake Village, Texarkansas to Blytheville. This dude will be the most popular person in the state by his senior season.

3. Gus Malzahn. Malzahn has known the family for a while from his time up there. If the kid looks at any other schools in the SEC, it will be Arkansas and Auburn. IF.....IF he even considered State, we would be behind them in the pecking order. Steve knows this too.

With all that said, as long of a shot as it is, I would laugh my *** off if this guy signed with Auburn (until the Saturday we played AU). The Porkers would come absolutely unglued. Malzahn would go from a cult hero in this state to enemy #1 over night. Nutt would fall to #2.

Yeah, way to step out on a limb there Steve.

Using this as an example of how balanced he can be is laughable. Saying Frazier will go to Ark or AU is a no brainer.

Steve and Yancy both do what it takes to sell subscriptions. Sometimes that means posting some ridiculous ****.

Well evidently some still don't get it.

If they did, when would constantly be having these "my recruiting admin is better than your recruiting admin" post.

And as OP4 brought up...Steve was the clear loser in the Curly Bill/Goat Holder/Goat Dawg Recruiting Challenge". Therefore we shouldn't have to read this discussion again until next Feb.

and yes, that IS, in fact, what you are doing.

I thought Steve and Yancy came out about even in the sweepstakes. Yancy had the lead but couldn't keep the foot on the gas. Damein Robinson ring a bell?

steve. last year did not "blow up in his face" if you kept up with it.

Cam Newton was the biggest "miss" and how was he to know that Auburn would win the bidding war (and, yes, it WAS a bidding war so don't even go there)?

The other guys (sanders, thompson, etc.) he went back and forth on and just said what he was hearing from his sources. He openly admitted more than once that he didn't have a good feeling on any of those guys and that he was just guessing. He switched back and forth on them, but morons on here just cherry picked one post out of hundreds regarding those kids as long as it served their purpose.

He called D. Robinson early and stuck with that one and we saw how that turned out. Honestly though, people make too big a deal out of that crap. I just think reports honestly and he gives alot of worthwhile information. Obviously, no one is going to be right 100% of the time, but I feel like he tries his best. I also find it humorous that we don't have any MB members that coach D-1, play a sport for a living, or work as a recruiting analyst for a major network....but we have TONS of members who can coach better than our coaches, QB better than our QBs, report on recruiting better than STeve and Yancy, etc. etc. We have a lot of experts on here, but somehow none of them can manage to make a living doing any of that stuff. Wonder why?

I find Steve to usually be spot-on. There are too many people that evidently don't understand the difference in:

John Doe is coming to MSU vs. John Doe told me he is coming to MSU
John Doeisn't interested inOle Miss vs. John Doe's uncle told me that John Doe wasn't interested in Ole Miss
John Doe is an MSU lean vs. My sources say John Doe is an MSU lean

99%of the time Steve will tell youthat this is what his sourcesare telling him. If therecruit lies to him then that isn't Steve's fault.

I am not defending anyone. I'm just pointing out what a tard you are when it comes to this stuff.

You set the parameters for the Yancy/Steve showdown this year. Steve %%@%*! up and you still claim a victory for your bestie.

Like someone said the other day, do you just say stuff and think its true because you said it?

This is what you said a few weeks back...

<div>
<div><span class="post-title">I'll do it. Yancy beat down Steve badly.....</span>more of a 45-0 than a 41-27. He not only beat him and pulled back even, he passed his *** significantly in credibility. He's still a homer who feeds BS excuses to his sheep, but at least he feeds something to them. Steve has just disappeared and not even attempted to eat his crow.

Paul Jones looks like a genius compared to Steve right now. And I'm not talking about all the on the spot predictions the sheep asked him for. I'm talking the general tone of the bones all through out the year.

Yancy's in firm control of the recruitnik credibility trophy right now. </div>

the OP is simply saying that not everything he says is ******** to sell subscriptions. Nobody has even mentioned Yancy except you.

Take your meds and calm down. I know you're nervous that Ole Miss hasn't beaten a state team in the big three in almost a year.

he's too busy giving his money to the completely honest and fair Neal McCready at rivals who never post any ridiculous stuff on his board to sell subscriptions.

I don't pay too much attention to the ******** this guy throws at the sheep, but that one factor would cause me to never believe a word this ***-clown ever said.

Shinedown..... really? He posts under his real name and he could not come up with a better way to represent himself than a 17ing Shinedown album?

and did he just say "buzz kill" on genespage? I got banned for less than that.
