First off, Kentucky's fans started leaving with 10 minutes left in the game and us only up by 7, so they started leaving pretty early. Anthony Dixon put on an absolute clinic tonight, and it was fun to watch that in person. They have 2 "jumbotrons, and I don't think you could combine both of them together and them be as large as our jumbotron is. The sound was awful, and you couldn't see the screens on the replay boards very well. Also, they have maybe the quietest fan base ive ever seen. There were points in that game where the stadium was uncomfortably quiet. I mean dead silent. Thats usually a good sign, but man was it weird. Their attendance was just over 67,000, and it was way quieter than most every game I've been to at State. Kentucky has a weak fan base, and they are completely unenthusiastic about football. I think we have surpassed Kentucky in overall football program progress for sure, whether or not they seat more people than we do.
