Lots of Anthony Dixon.

No passing attack against the worst pass defense in the SEC.

Breakdowns in our own pass defense. And poor tackling in the secondary.

SEC replay box staffed by Boris The Refuser.

Key screwups by MiniLee leave us longing for the likes of Tony Shell, Todd Jordan, or Derrick Taite. With the running game dominating through most of the game, how the hell didn't we roast the hogs with play action?

Bobbled snaps. An unforced turnover.

A game within reach late turns to a solid thumping later in the 4th quarter.

and T Lee is usually somewhere around it. There are multiple bobbled snaps every game. We go lucky today that Bumpas converted anything on that one bobble snap where the turned the corner and almost scored.

But go back to weeks past. Last week Brignone hit Lee right in the chest with a snap and lee was looking at the sideline when it was snapped. The whole line went on the snap so it had to be a mistake on Lee's part or a signal to snap so easy that the defense yelled it and caused the mis snap. Today of course we had multiple bobbled snaps... and several during games earlier in the year.

And the breakdowns in coverage are everywhere too. Mallet picked em apart today... just like McElroy did last week... and Keenum did so very easily in the Houston game. I mean it's not just DB's getting beat... the WR's are WIDE open.

I'm honestly still amazed every time a play goes off without a hitch and it gets significant positive yardage.

Which really surprises me b/c we should have man coverage just about everywhere ....I'll reserve judgement till next year

that Mullen will correct our offensive woes through recruiting, coaching, etc. I know that we are lacking in talent on the defensive side but I am still really concerned with our scheme on that side of the ball. If we are not noticeably better on the defensive side next year, then I think we'll need to look in another direction as far as DC. Employing a 3 man front on 3rd and long situations is just damn stupid. I'm not sure what is more frustrating. Watching Lee 17 up in the red zone or Torbush rush 3 down linemen on 3rd and long. Call it a draw....

Who was the last QB at MSU that on Senior Day elicited a reaction other than "Damn, I'm glad that SOB will never play a down for us again"?
