This doesn't make any sense to me. They are a National League team.
What I would have done is move the Diamondbacks to the AL West and then move the Astros from the NL Central to the NL West. That makes much more sense to me.
I understand why they were moved- to balance out the schedule. But I would have tried to keep Houston as a NL city.
