Seems we lost our last thread about this.

But it has become clear that Biden did not personally authorize all pardons. Most, except for Hunters, were signed by Autopen. At least some seem to be at the discretion of aides and not Biden himslef. This will be problematic for them and an issue that probably lands before the supreme court.

BBIDEN AUTOPEN PROBE CONFIRMED AS WHITE HOUSE TO REVIEW OVER 1 MILLION POTENTIALLY FRAUDULENTLY SIGNED DOCUMENTS

This is the beginning to cornering Biden and his administration, outing his staff for fraudulently using the AutoPen without Biden's approval or even being aware of everything ever signed and put into law.

What was actually approved by Biden and not his staff? The answer that the evidence is pointing to is not looking for Biden, especially with over 1 million potential documents to confirm as evidence and fraudulent misuse of the AutoPen.

This could open up numerous investigations into multiple people from the Biden administration and void everything Biden has ever done.

This also includes the over 4,000 pardons that Biden allegedly verbally approved the last day of his presidency and 10:30pm at night. Even though emails may suggest otherwise. Your time is coming Fauci.

I like that in the investigation into this, they’re using an auto pen or digital signatures to send subpoenas etc.

I'd love to ask some of the guys in this thread spreading all of these tweets if they know what an "autopen" is, and how frequently it's been used and is used in business and politics.

I would bet most of us have used a digital signature for document signing.

Pocahontas in deep ****???

Elizabeth Warren used the Biden autopen more than a hundred times, according to a FOIA report.
The document giving her the power to use the device for executive actions, which is likely unconstitutional, was also signed with the autopen.
The Executive Oversight Committees of both chambers of Congress will begin reviewing the documents after the recess.
"There's no telling how many orders and pardons are invalid."
