BMT, you are one of the few people on this board who actually spelled his name correctly. Many posters think he is a greek restaurant near Baptist Hospital in Jackson.

must authorize the use of the image as well as the protected mark. So, it would be a lot more involved than simply taking up a collection and buying a banner.
Along those lines, it is probably a good thing that DS struck up a decent relationship between this board and the bulldog club recently; otherwise, I imagine somebody from university relations or the legal counsel's office would probably have already been all over his *** about the display of the protected mark in BMT's bumfuckle index national championship banner.

As for licensing...yep, you have to get permission. I tried to do it a couple of years ago and the process just takes a long damn time. I imagine with the new folks that actually know what they are doing it COULD be easier. You basically had to become a vendor. I finally just quit calling because there were no updates, and I knew some folks in high places and still couldnt get answers...lazy

seriously would not surprise me if it got done and would be an amazing PUBLIC way to honor him.
in fact im about to walk out of B and N and ask how much a panel is. wow. a proper place on the stadium would have to be found though

ok guys.
first...the big problem nowhere to put it...if there was more room there would be more.
next, the problem would be..it would be a special order of 1...not the bulk of 13 we ordered for 100k.
I asked....one special order to match the others. 20k.
