Seems about right the Bears are a bottom half organization in the NFL.

IMO, it's a question of ownership. This is an ownership group that needed the NFL to provide a consultant, Ernie Accorsi, to help them with the hiring of their latest GM. If you are incapable of handling the personnel task of hiring a GM, you are not capable of properly running an NFL franchise. And they have proven themselves incapable in this and many other instances.
