In his 18 seconds of play last night, he looked like the least athletic post man ive seen in years.
Glen Davis, to me, is one of the better post players in the NBA that comes off the bench. Its a great role for him, he uses his girth to make up for his total lack of size, and he is effective on both ends of the court. Damn he is nimble.
He plays solid defense, even against guys with 4" on him and uses the rim as well as anyone to get his shots off close to the basket.
He comes in for Perkins at times, but also for KG at times.
I'd think that if Boston doesnt keep Wallace, then they would need to bring in a post player that can contribue immediately. If they draft someone to develop and dont bring in a vet post player, they will seriously have that tiny nosed Williams as their 4th big man. That is a terrible option.
