The other platform required an email to initially register the account, that's what On3 is looking for. Unfortunately their process will not allow you to sign in with a user name, which is absolutely brilliant given that almost all message boards work that way and many institutions including financial institutions allow you to sign in with a user name.
As per Richie, I think there is a technical issue not allowing non-premium users from posting/joining. This is being worked on and should be resolved soon. Hopefully!

You need the email address you used for the Rivals account in order to sign into On3. It's really f'n' stupid, but that's the requirement. No username, just the email address and your password.
And my pin # for my ATM card too??
And how do I contact anyone. I'm pretty sure I used the one email I originally signed up with but it gave me the new name sky is blue (I wonder if #s is involved with handing out new screen names). I would have preferred Mr Blue Sky. Great tune, almost better than me
