I can safely say I get a whole lot more news from 6Pack than I do CNN. Matter of fact, I get no news from CNN so anywhere I get news its more than I get from CNN

What news? I am not getting whatever this 'news' is from this thread or CNN because I dont know what the 'news' is.
I just went to X to see if I could see anything there, but the first post was a vid of Seth Green imitating the Coldplay incident, the second post was a vid of Keanu Reeves crashing a wedding(?), and the third post was a pic of an apparently scared dog, the fourth post was a football player walking around at camp because he cant practice, and the fifth post was some neighborhood argument that turns to a fight.
I accept that I am not on the bleeding edge of 'news'. I miss out on the first 30-60min of actual news events and I miss out on a lot of the lies/guesses/misrepresentations/conspiracies that come from not knowing what is happening during the first 30-60min of actual news events.
I get all my news from SPS. Heck even my wife will hear or read something and ask me to get on SPS and see if there is any validity to what she's heard.
Same here, my wife and a friend of mine will both say "what is 6 Pack saying about it"?
Whatever this is in reference to, I bet I can't be informed about it without getting a virus from whatever website has the scoop.
I get all my news from this website. That's a bit of an exaggeration, I do check Yahoo every day. But I trust what I read on this site a lot more than a lot of what I read on Yahoo. And I wouldn't trust a word any of the "mainstream" news sources have to say.
That's what I read as well. They were interfering with the police. Presumably her partner was arrested as well, but that's not as noticeable as a white girl in a dress being perp-runr down the sidewalk. Whether they went to the scene after the fact, or just coincidentally were there, i don't know.
I thought I read that he played in the CFLSo apparently this shooter's target was NFL offices. He blamed the NFL for his mental issues, claiming they were caused by CTE. All this despite not only never playing NFL football, but never playing football beyond high school.
Well, I wish we were less concerned with coddling them and sent a FAFO In Spectacular Fashion message like this more often. It would start to offer some deterrence for this nonsense going on.
