7) fouling by jumping on a player while diving for a loose ball (somebody's going to be seriously injured in one of these pile-ups, soon)
8) Actually establishing position out of bounds before inbounding the ball after a made basket
9) intentional foul when a team fouls in an attempt to extend the game

MSU basketball coach just this week , after I had wondered why Ark and Tenn was getting away with constantly throwing moving screens, said that there was to have been an emphasis this year by officals regarding moving screens. So much for that.
