will be a big plus in building a championship program at MSU.There is a lot of D1 talent that people don't know about...and all that is changing. MSU can build a National Championship team with MS players.
1.) Camps- Dan and Co. bringing in 1000 or more recruits to camp every summer. You can find talent when you see it first hand.
2.) Coaching- while the state overall has lacked modern day coaching...it is catching up. And there are many more black head coaches, which is a good thing all the way around.
3.) Academics- again..not stellar but improving. In conjunction with the CellSouth program (okay CSpire) and colleges recruiting kids earlier, people are taking notice and making sure their grades are in check.We have done a good job of getting kids on campus after they sign. This will be even more important with the new 25 limit.
4.) Exposure- kids will always fall thru the cracks, but nowadays it will be even harder to get missed.
