Kept it within 1-8 pts the whole 2nd half but eventually lose it 67-63.

Shaeffer seems like he's going to be a good one for us.

They'll be really good next season with Vivians and Schaefer's daughter. And their best players from this year will be back.

I was impressed with Grant (junior). She has a sweet stroke. Also the 2 freshmen, Richardson & Chapel both are 6'1 and can play. 6'4 Awol is only a JR. The sharp shooter Dillingham who is struggled tonight is just a fresh as well. SO they got most everyone returning besides the PG.

One of the refs about 30 feet down the court called a flagrant foul on Chapel with just 35 seconds to go, and the ladies down just 3. The UT player missed the first FT, but made the second and also gave UT the ball. I want to know if anyone saw the foul? The official gave the game to UT with 35 seconds left!

They called an intentional foul, which is the right call when you foul before the ball is thrown in.

Actually there's no such thing as an intentional foul in college basketball any more. They're all flagrants. flagrant 1 or flagrant 2.

Depends on the foul. It is possible to have a dead ball foul. I was watching last night but didn't see the foul live and if they showed a replay I missed it. The fact that Schaefer didn't get tossed there or at least protest vehemently indicates that it must have been a good call.
