Because the media won't STFU? Because the media reports every rumor they hear as fact? Because the media's waffling of facts gets projected on Brett as being a premadona somehow?

Come on, man... You've got to admit this isn't like Terrell Owens doing situps in his driveway begging the cameras to watch him.

The best the media can do is undisclosed "sources" close to the family and third hand reports from Brad Childress after he visited Kiln. Media hog... seriously?

Do you really think that he's completely unaware of the response to his statements will be? If he'd just STFU until he really had something to say, the media coverage wouldn't be half what it has been.
