Rumor has it that the film centers around the search for Luke and that Luke doesn't appear until the very end (with presumably a larger role in viii). This would explain the lack of Luke in promotional materials. Notice Snoke isn't on the poster either.

I'm just saying with Disney's politics as well as J.J.'s that it is obviously that the female and a black male as the prominent heroes was put there for the sake of it being a female and a black guy. Two whole black guys in the entire Star Wars universe and now he's the successor of Luke Skywalker.

Not the same thing at all. Alien was awesome and had nothing pre-established to the plot. Star Wars is a franchise that already had a criteria established for over 30 years. It was changed for the sake of change and agenda. It's the same crap they do with comic book characters by switching characters that were white into black or into homosexuals.
Also, Captain Phasma the main imperial storm trooper on the poster is also female.
Pope is right too. Have any of you with kids watched kids shows today? The agenda driven crap is constant. A lot of feminist narrative stuff.

Hey Heisman, if it matters to you that a make believe movie world that has red, green, purple and reptilian characters features both black and female characters in prominent roles, you may be the problem and not Disney.

I think I made my point pretty clear and backed it up. The film will probably still be really good and I'll enjoy it but I know their agenda behind it. It's pretty obvious.
Its been pointed out that you are trying to make your race war agenda a thing here. It isnt. Look at the poster, same thing. Not every thing is race related, no matter how much you want to preach it.
