It's good to see the G Teams in the hunt this season.

Glenvar and Goochland are #1 seeds. Gretna, Giles and Graham are seeded high. Grayson and Greensville are also in playoffs. Only Gate City is missing.

I only acknowledge 2A schools as G Teams. But I guess there are some in all other classifications.

True, at this juncture of the season half the teams go "home" each week.

Unlike basketball where it seems as if when a team loses in post season, they get 2 more games.
