cuts and pastes premium material from any site will be banned. If you want to read it, go pay for it. Otherwise, it obviously isn't that important to you.</p>

that type of stuff leads to having to deal with legal issues. Best just left alone.

with the legal issues. i would also say your policy is a wise proactive move. although the copyright battle would probably be interesting, assuming the copier properly cites the info...

We'll take names and kick ***. Freedom of information, bitches.

In all seriousness, probably a smart proactive move. The copyright laws are a *****, and we're slowly moving toward the European copyright protection standard, which is VERY strongly in favor of the original authors/producers/publishers. Avoiding lawsuits = good.

I doubt anyone is going to go beyond a cease and desist letter.

As much as I would like to read your article I refuse to pay for anything except for game-day concessions until Croom is gone...
FYI: Unless you are getting paid or signed a waiver you can do what you want.

I just signed up for premium access and now have to explain $99.95 to my wife. Good read though.

You would kick "One Call, That's All's" *** on the tennis court. I've only seen you play once (and didn't pay too much attention then), but I played on a mixed doubles team with him several years ago. He is possibly the worst player I have ever seen. But surprisingly, actually a pretty nice guy (although I did feel like I needed to wash my hands whenever I shook hands with him).

would happen to you in life, aside from Obama winning. Because that's the kind of guy I am.

I will say this, if we lose this weekend, you will have to eat your words. I will provide premium content I guaran-DAMN-tee you won't get anywhere else.

I don't need a funny essay to explain to me why Gene, Croom etc. suck. I might read said funny essay if it was emailed to me or provided free, but I definitely won't get Michael Wardlow or whatever his name is any money for his stupid website.

I would think that all you right wing wackos would prefer the ezboard/yuku method where people CHOOSE to give if they want, not are forced to give. :)
