I have started to break it in with about 200 rounds. I found a certified Glock gunsmith and he changed the OE slide release with a Glock slide release that slightly protrudes outward. Much easier to operate and less painful on the thumb. Cost $8 for the release and the warranty paid for the rest. Took less than a minute to change.

I am an avid CZ fan but this weapon is a serious rival. Very smooth.

Try being a lefty. :(

I'd love to have a slide release on my XD's that I can articulate with either my index finger or my thumb, and not have to use my off hand.
