Didn't have to click this to know what you would address. I think if you could compare and contrast him to Bill Cosby this thread could go viral.

His popularity led to more people playing which led to more courses being built which made golf cheaper ...esp now that many of those that took up golf have quit.

Ben Hogan didn't have a swing coach. Tiger doesn't need one either.

Spieth is such a stud.

Tiger actually hit the ball halfway decent for a swing change, but I'm REALLY baffled by all those chunky chip shots. I understand it's a different motion, I undertstand quite a few guys struggled, I understand he has rust, but that was THE WORST chipping I have ever seen by a pga tour player in all my years watching golf. Makes you wonder WTF is going on and will this linger or show up at an inopportune time in a future event???????

By the way I'm officially out of the break the record camp. That being said I still think he will win 1 or 2 more majors somewhere in the next 10 years.

I can't see him winning any more majors. He may do it, but I can't see him putting 4 low rounds together back-to-back. Too many variables with him now, from health, to his swing, to his mental make-up, to the fact that there are a slew of players out there now who know they're better than he is & won't back down to him or anyone else.

He may win a few more events, but for the most part, his time has past, in my opinion.

Bermuda can be very tough to pitch and chip off of. Very easy to chili dip and even double hit. Plus Tiger is very rusty. Not a Tiger fan, but I hope he can get his ish together. I fear his confidence is shot. Physically he may be fine, but the mental edge is gone.

It's sort of ironic- Isleworth was Tiger's home course until the divorce. The house they showed on the news when Elin attacked his windshield is there.

The clubhouse has one of his master's jackets displayed and a lot of memorabilia. There must be 20 current PGA players who live there plus Shaq, Grant Hill, Channing Frye, etc.

And he finished last there.

Wow, just heard on today's coverage that Fatrick Reed pulled his unconscious wife out of the bathtub in which she was submerged a couple of days ago after she suffered a grand mal seizure.

Golf starts back this Friday in Hawaii.

Tiger reportedly will play the Phoenix Open to start his season. That may get wild.

I'd love to see him start playing in the tourneys again that he has traditionally skipped. His hole-in-one there when he was 20 or 21 is still fantastic viewing.

Adrian sux.

But yeah, PDRE this is an awesome hole in one. The crowds will be nuts when he comes through. Imagine we will see a lot of skin from the ladies.

This has been pretty exciting for the first week. Reed holing out to tie the lead on 16 they bogeying 17. Walker leading by 1 on 18. Reed on green for eagle. Walker looking good in the fairway.

UPDATE: Playoff between Walker and Reed. Reed birdied 18, Walker left a chip 15 feet short and missed the putt. Matsuyama could have been in the playoff but missed a 10 footer.

Props to Webb Simpson for going to the short putter. Now, if he can just play faster (read: quit having 10 min conversations with his caddie about every upcoming shot) I can starting liking him again.

Of course there is.

He got busted up with something to do with a woman/hooker, drugs, or some kind of illegal or "undesirable" act that went severely wrong...and that's his immediate lame attempt at a cover story.

I feel like that's basically 100% guaranteed in this instance. One of the more ridiculous stories I've ever heard, he should have thought a little longer on it, imo
