If a kid wants to transfer and play immediately, just get arrested and kicked off current team.

I'm all about people getting second chances. Every person should get a second chance. Domestic violence is a big no-no, and isolated incidents should be punished but shouldn't define people.

I understand the argument that kicking kids off teams for pot or bad decisions isn't helpful, but if you want to argue that it's a job, treat it like a job. That will happen for most white collar or high profile jobs. There needs to be reform for things like this. It's already gotten out of control with "sick" relatives.
