Hampton vs. Phoebus has lost its steam. As a Hopewell alum its appalling someone put Hopewell vs. Norcom that's not a rivalry they've had some good games the last couple of years, but anyone from Hopewell will tell you its Hopewell vs. Petersburg. Man Hopewell people are a different breed. I’ve never seen a group of people that hate to lose as much as they do. I’ve been in the 804 for almost 6 years and they have Highland Springs beat in that aspect. I remember back when Frank Mason played and P-Burg and Hopewell would go back weeks and weeks before the game.
