The other night on the local news they had a story about a player from Louisa County who announced that he would be attending Michigan. The reporter called him the Number One prospect in the country. I had not heard anything about him before that broadcast, so did the reporter mean that literally.......that he was actually THE number one prospect, or just a "top" prospect?
