bring Jackie back as head coach, Watson Brown as the OC, and hire Chuck Amato as the DC and make them hire some good, young position coaches with some fire

I'm sure it's the desperation talking, but I think Jackie would have a fire again (for about 3 years) then name a good young coach in waiting.
